What happens if I received the wrong item?

We don't accept returns for change of mind but on occasion an error may occur. Please reach out to us if an issue with an item you receive BEFORE returning:
1.Securely repackage the item in its original packing, ensuring our address is clearly visible without any writing over it.
Cross out your own address and clearly write "Return To Sender" on the package.
2.Drop the package in your mailbox or a post collection box to save on return costs.
3. Notify us with a photo of the labeled item to initiate the return process; tracking isn't available.
4. Allow approx. 2-4 weeks for the item to return. We'll refund once it's received, per our policy.
OR For a quicker refund with tracking, take the package to the post office, paying for the return.

How Can I Track My Etsy Order and Get Help with a delayed item?

Your tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched and can be tracked on Australia Post. Once the item leaves Australia, it’s managed by the destination country’s postal service (e.g., Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post). Use the same tracking number on their website for updates. Please contact them directly, as they have real-time updates and control over deliveries. We cannot manage these inquiries on your behalf, as it causes delays due to our part-time team and limited access. If the item is declared lost, forward written confirmation to production@cocreativedesign.com.au for a refund. Thank you for your patience!

Will I see the business sign, sticker or invite art before it’s produced?

Absolutely! Your art will be carefully designed by our graphic designer and sent to you for approval before production. You can expect a digital preview within approx. 5 working business days. We do not move to production without your written approval.

Please note if your ordering a business sign with art created by our team, we don't always keep the art on file, so we recommend your contact us for a link to purchase the logo and different file formats before your order is produced and shipped.

What happens if I place an order with an incorrect address or item is delayed or returned?

Address Changes: Contact us BEFORE shipping and ensure you get a confirmation it's updated otherwise it may be missed.

If shipped, wait for the item to be returned & and we'll get in contact with a link to repurchase shipping.

Customs/Delivery Issues: Please monitor your tracking code for customs requirements.
Reshipping costs apply for returns due to customs or delivery problems. As a small business we cannot allow refunds for customs or delivery delays as these are beyond our control. Buyers are responsible for customs/import taxes. We can't control customs delays.

Returned Items: We handle 20 returns monthly. Ensure a correct shipping address at checkout. We can't keep returned items for over one month due to storage constraints.

Can you print in languages other than English?

Yes, we can accommodate printing in other languages. Please provide us with the wording exactly as you would like it printed. For more complex designs that involve extensive translations, such as toy labels or planners, there may be an additional cost to cover the time spent by our designers.

Colour & printing and differences between orders disclaimer

Please be mindful that the colors on your monitor may differ from the actual product due to screen-to-print disparities.

In the realm of stickers and printed items, a standard few millimeters of movement in art is accepted, especially in small orders.

Every item is custom-made with our team's layout judgment; however, variations will always occur between orders - please advise with a photo if you're matching a previous order.

Wood as a natural medium, guarantees each order's distinctiveness. No two wooden items' textures and colours are the same.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellations are only accepted within one hour of placing the order and before the artwork is created. Once the design process has begun and materials are ordered and prepared, cancellations are not possible.

Can I make changes after order? How do I leave custom details?

You can request changes within the first hour after ordering, as after that point, we begin production and cannot accommodate manual adjustments or changes. At checkout, utilise the personalisation section to provide detailed instructions, such as wording, colour, font, and layout preferences. We typically don't send proofs, so thorough initial input is essential for accuracy. Clear notes are vital as different team members handle orders, and we can't reference external messages for details. If you make conflicting details our team will make their best judgment on the design and will use your custom drop-downs as the main detail. If you do not provide personalisation our team will use the wording shown in the listing as default.

Christmas turnaround

Last orders for Australian Christmas delivery up until the 26th of November and Santa Boards/Christmas items can be ordered until the 8th of December all with Express post on. Orders placed after this date we can't 100% guarantee delivery.

We suggest all items over this peak period be sent with express shipping.

Please understand items will have a custom turnaround time on top of shipping which can be seen when you add the item to cart.

Christmas deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control - please upgrade shipping and reach out if a gift.

Caution on installation:

Please note that some of the items we sell require wall installation. It's important to follow the instructions provided with your product and take care when installing these items. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before installation. Remember to use common knowledge and properly secure wall studs while being mindful of any electrical items in the wall. We cannot take responsibility for any issues that arise during or after installation.

Variations in the magnetic properties and gloss levels of refrigerator surfaces may affect the performance of our planner's magnets. In rare instances, these differences can cause the planner to slide down or potentially scratch the surface. Please consider this before ordering.
