Do the tools work in Safari?
Yes! Safari on Mac requires one quick setting change for the HTML local files. Full instructions are included with your delivery and also appear automatically in the app if needed. For the smoothest experience, we recommend Chrome or Firefox — they work with zero setup.
Do I need an internet connection to use the tool?
No. Once the file is open, it works completely offline. An internet connection is only needed the first time if you're using the online version.
What browsers can I use with the tools?

Where is my data stored?
Your data is saved directly in your browser's local storage — nothing is sent to a server or the cloud. It stays private on your device.
Will I lose my data if I clear my browser history or cache?
Yes. "Clear browsing data" in most browsers includes local storage. Always use the Export Backup
feature to save a copy of your data before clearing your browser.
Can I use the tool on multiple devices or browsers?
Not automatically — your data lives in whichever browser you used to open the file. To move to another device or browser, use Export Backup on your current device and Import on the new one.
How do I back up my data?
Open the tool, click Export Backup, and save the .json file somewhere safe — Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox. Do this regularly so you never lose your data.
What is a License Key and how do I use it?
Your License Key unlocks the full version of the tool. Click the Unlock button inside the app, paste your key, and confirm. You only need to do this once per browser.
Can I use the tool online instead of downloading it?
Yes — visit contempl8.studio and click your tool to use it directly in your browser. Your License Key works there too.
