Frequently asked questions
Will anything be posted to me?
No. Every item in this shop is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped.
What's included in my kit?
Each kit is different. The listing description and photos show exactly which files, paper sizes and editions you'll receive.
Can I play without printing?
Many quizzes can be read from a screen, with answers written on paper. Murder mysteries and detective games are designed to be printed. Each listing says what you'll need.
Where are my downloads?
Once payment is confirmed, open Etsy in a web browser and go to Purchases. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your receipt email. The Etsy app does not currently support digital downloads.

How do I open a ZIP file on my phone?
Tap the ZIP in your phone's Files app to extract it. For printing, a computer is usually easier.
Can I use a kit for a pub quiz, school, workplace or paid event?
Unless a listing states otherwise, kits are for personal use with friends and family. Some kits, such as Pub Quiz Night, include hosting permission for public and paid events, and that listing's terms apply. For anything else, message us about a licence.
What if I have a problem with the files?
Send us an Etsy message describing the issue and the device or PDF reader you're using, and we'll help.
