Custom and personalized orders
Please message me with details and questions. I will do what I can, but there are limitations on the amount of listings that I can personalize. With custom pieces, I always love the challenge of new ideas that I wouldn't have thought of so please message me and I'll be happy to try and make your idea come to life!
I have sensitive skin, will your products discolor my skin or leave a skin reaction?
All of the metal products I work with are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. I too have sensitive skin and I make sure that my products can be enjoyed by as many people as possible. I DO NOT have a sterling silver option.
I like _____ but I don't like the color(s). Can I change that? Will it cost?
Yes, more often than not I will be happy to work with you to use a color that you like better than what is on the product in the listing picture. It won't cost any extra but I am limited to the beads that I have on-hand. If the listing doesn't already have a drop-down menu for color changes, shoot me a message and we can figure something out.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not gift wrap but all of my pieces come in sturdy jewelry boxes to weather the USPS system. These boxes also make a great ready-to-gift item as a bonus. Some pieces may also come in an organza bag that is perfect for re-gifting.
I haven't received my package yet, what do I do?
File a missing package claim with the USPS. I have had some packages that accidentally got rerouted and others that said they were delivered but weren't there. This method works for both of those situations!
Shipping/Delivery
My written processing time is 3-5 business days but I will almost always get your package out much faster than that time frame. If you need something within a certain timeline, message me and I'll be able to tell you if it's feasible to get the item(s) to you in time.
With the holidays fast approaching, the mail system will be flooded with packages for the next several months. Please be patient and see the above question for times that your package may seem to be missing.
