If you experience an issue with downloading, opening, or using the digital product, please contact us through Etsy Messages and describe the problem. If possible, include a screenshot to help us understand what happened. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Once payment is confirmed, open Etsy in a web browser and go to Purchases and reviews to download the available files for your order. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your Etsy receipt email. Use a browser, including on a smartphone or tablet: files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. If a file is a ZIP archive, save it and extract its contents before opening the images or other documents. Due to the nature of digital products, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable consumer law. Yes. After purchasing the product, contact us through Etsy Messages with the product name, your order number and the language you would like, including languages other than Italian or English. We will send you a version in your requested language at no additional charge. This additional version is prepared on request and is not automatically included in the initial download; we will agree on delivery times through messages.

Check the listing for the included formats and sizes. Choose the file with the correct aspect ratio for your frame and print it in one of the listed sizes. You can use a printer that supports your chosen size or take the file to a print shop. Avoid stretching the image to fit a different format. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer and paper. Printing and framing are arranged by the buyer; room images show examples of how the artwork can be displayed.
