The customer information received by Dellton Couture from Etsy, is only used for Etsy related communications and transactions, for example, to fulfil your order, communicate about an order, solve delivery issues, settle disputes, provide customer support.

The information is not used for direct marketing such as sales emails.

Personal details, i.e. name and address only, are used for the purpose of shipping.
Customer details are retained for legal, business and tax records only, for a period of 7 years. I do not obtain, retain, reuse or transfer personal data for any other purpose.

I have no access to your payment account details as Etsy Payments processes your order. Your information will be stored on the Etsy system as long as I have my store on Etsy or until Etsy deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me.

I am committed to keeping customer's personal information secure. It will not be sold, inappropriately shared or accidentally used. Customer's details are only used for direct communication about specific orders over email or through Etsy's messaging system. All technology in use by me is kept up to date with current security software and is not made available for use by anyone else.
