Frequently asked questions
How can I download my digital files?
After your purchase, go to 'Purchases and Reviews' in your Etsy account and select 'Download Files' next to your order. You can also use the download link sent by Etsy via email. If you have any trouble, please message me on Etsy and I'll be happy to help.
How can I print my digital art?
You can print your digital files at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. For best results, use high-quality paper and double-check your print settings.
What paper works best for printing?
For best results, I recommend using matte, heavyweight paper or cardstock, ideally around 170 to 200 gsm. You can experiment with matte or lightly textured finishes depending on your printer and personal preference. “Glossy coated paper is generally not recommended for wall art, as it may create unwanted reflections and glare...
Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final print due to differences in monitor settings, printers, inks, and paper types.
Can I print in sizes larger than those listed?
Yes. If you need a larger print size, please check the aspect ratio of your file below or contact me through Etsy Messages so I can help.
ISO sizes — up to A1 / 50 × 70 cm.
2:3 ratio — up to 24 × 36 inches / 60 × 90 cm.
3:4 ratio — up to 18 × 24 inches / 46 × 61 cm.
4:5 ratio — up to 16 × 20 inches / 41 × 51 cm.
11:14 ratio — up to 11 × 14 inches / 28 × 35 cm.
If you need a size larger than these, please contact me before printing.
What if I need a specific file ratio or size that isn’t listed?
If you need a different ratio or size that’s not listed, just send me a message on Etsy. I’m happy to help if I can. Please share the exact dimensions or the frame size you need and I'll let you know what I can provide.
