Where do you ship?
We are always looking to expand the number of countries we ship to. Currently, we ship to more than 100 different countries across the world. If you're not sure whether we can ship to you, please feel free to get in touch with us and we'll do our best to facilitate your needs!

Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchanges and returns on the basis that an item is not customisable.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived
We’re proud to say that in 95% of cases, orders placed, arrive on time. But on occasion an item may take a little longer to reach you.
Please always ensure the address at checkout is correct. Once an item is sent we cannot amend the address.
Please notify us if your order has not arrived within two weeks of the despatch date. At this point, there will likely be an issue with postal services, rather than us as a seller. Please be patient with us and respect that we have no control over shipping. We will not tolerate negative or hurtful messages.
We’ll do our best to track the whereabouts of your item, and will be able to see the status of your item. If we deem appropriate we can issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Customs Charges
The UK has now left the EU. This means that buyers located within the EU looking to purchase from Drag Apparel in some instances will be expected to pay for customs charges, typically over orders of £39.00. This cost lies solely with the buyer, not the seller, and the customs charges will be dependent on the price and weight of the items purchased. We will not accept responsibility of a customer failing to pay for customs charges.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES
Christmas is around the corner! Please read the following information regarding Christmas cut-off dates, to ensure your purchase reaches you in time for the holidays.
1st Class UK - Thursday December 14th
2nd Class UK - Wednesday December 13th
International Shipping - Friday December 1st
We understand our cut-off dates might differ from national carriers, such as Royal Mail. We do this to ensure we can manage the time load of making, packaging and shipping your order in time for Christmas.
Please note, these dates DO NOT reflect any potential holdups or issues caused by customs between the UK and international countries. We are not responsible for this should an issue arise. Please consider all address details are correct before ordering
