5 su 5 stelleQuando apro il file .svg nel mio software di progettazione, appare solo una casella nera senza possibilità di rimuovere lo sfondo nero. Viene visualizzato come un singolo livello e non come un vero file svg pronto per il taglio. Sono davvero delusa di non poterlo utilizzare per il taglio. Modifico la mia recensione per precisare che il proprietario del negozio mi ha contattato immediatamente, si è scusato, ha corretto il file e me l'ha inviato. Ora si apre correttamente nel mio software di taglio e sembra che funzionerà senza problemi. Grazie mille per aver risolto la situazione!

1 su 5 stelleAssolutamente non ha uno sfondo trasparente! Ha un quadrato nero e non è un vero SVG in cui è possibile modificare lo sfondo nero. Pubblicità ingannevole.

Hi Jessica! We're sorry for the confusion! Both the SVG and PNG files have fully transparent backgrounds. What you're seeing is your file viewer showing a dark background behind the transparency, which is completely normal and does not affect the file itself. Please open it in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, or Canva and you'll see it works perfectly! We are happy to walk you through it step by step. Please reach out before drawing a final conclusion. We respond fast and would love to make this right!
