Good communication from seller who worked to try to get the light shipped to me in time for an anniversary celebration. The item is well made and the macrame cord covering is a nice touch that sets it apart from other lights in this style.

Do not buy anything from this seller! First, my order sat in her inbox for 2 weeks before I received any sort of acknowledgment! Second, my lamp arrived damaged due to extremely poor packaging! Third, my lamp arrived covered in baking soda and vinegar in a failed attempt to rust the clear coated metal stars which she didn’t bother to remove before shipping! Fourth, extremely poor communication when I tried to resolve issue with damage caused by sellers poor packaging. I had to initiate all attempts at resolving the issue and seller would not respond to my messages in a timely manner or offer to resolve the problem in any reasonable way! Seller is extremely flaky and does not take responsibility for her own mistakes!
