DELIVERY:
I post UK orders within 1-3 working days from Cornwall, UK. If you need your order any sooner please let me know when you check out and I will do my best to send it out as soon as possible.

All standard UK deliveries are posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please be aware that Royal Mail have now reduced the frequency of Second Class deliveries and no longer process 2nd class post on Saturdays. Times are still listed as taking 2-3 days but it is highly likely your parcel will take longer than this to arrive. Please note that there may be delays during busy posting times. You can upgrade to First Class postage at checkout if you would prefer this.

Free UK standard delivery across all items excluding original artwork.

All international orders are shipped with tracked postage. As this requires verification from the post office, international orders will be sent out on Mondays, Saturdays and occasional Fridays as my day job working hours conflict with the post office schedule.

Keeping my business as eco friendly as possible is something very close to my heart and here are some things I'm doing to minimise my impact on our world, after all, there is no planet B!

I wrap orders in acid free tissue paper, sealed with paper stickers and recycled scotch tape. Envelopes are cardboard or Jiffy Green which are stuffed with paper rather than plastic bubble wrap. They are slightly heavier than their plastic counterparts but do a fantastic job of keeping your order safe in the post. Where protective sleeves are used, these are composed of natural ingredients and are fully compostable.

My designs are printed on recycled or FSC Certified paper and I only use UK producers when I cannot print from home. Batches of designs are kept small to reduce waste and orders are condensed to reduce air miles.

My designs are not based on trends or fashions, they are built to last. Some illustrations have been sold consistently for 10 years or more. Even my greetings cards are designed to be kept and are sized with framing in mind.

I create from home so no commute to a studio and I walk to the Post Office or box so no driving there either!
