Does this pillow come stuffed or is it just the cover?
The choice is up to you and your needs! We provide both options at checkout. “Cover only” means you will receive the pillow cover or case with no cushion and it will need to be stuffed with an insert upon arrival. “With insert” means your personalized pillow will come complete with a cushion insert.

What if there is a mistake on my order?
If your order arrives and something is wrong, please contact us! If it was our error (meaning you entered the information correctly and we made a mistake) we will send you a replacement at no charge! In the event that you entered some information incorrectly, we will happily send you a replacement at a discounted price to cover the cost of shipping and materials.
Will I receive a proof of my design before it is printed and shipped?
We will only send a proof of your order prior to printing BY REQUEST. If you do not request to see a proof, one will NOT be sent! Your order will be personalized according to your note, printed and shipped. PLEASE NOTE: requesting a proof may delay shipment - we cannot ship without your approval if a proof is requested.
Up to 3 revisions are included in the original cost of any personalized art in the shop. When a proof is received, be sure to check for accuracy in all text, spelling, and layout before approving your proof, because it will be printed and shipped exactly as shown once you approve it!
I am not able create digital proofs prior to purchase. Thank you for understanding!
What if my order is delayed or misdelivered?
If you experience a delay in shipping, please contact us so we can help! While your order should leave our studio on time, due to overall carrier volume and staffing issues, our shipping partners are experiencing delays. We cannot make an absolute guarantee on delivery dates.
If your package has been lost or substantially delayed, and you wish to arrange for a replacement, you do not need to reorder your item at full price. Please contact us via Etsy messages and I will set up a custom listing for you to purchase a reorder at a discounted rate.
Please Note: All issues must be reported to us right away and within the window of 4 weeks beyond the expected delivery date. After this point, package insurance will expire.
Can I use my pillow outside?
We recommend only using our pillows inside as they are not waterproofed. We do not recommend them for outdoor use.
