How do I place my order?
The items pictured in the main product photo of the listing you are purchasing are INCLUDED (in your choice of colors and chain).
Please read the instructions contained in each listing ("item details"). There are items that you will need to write in the "note to seller" area (such as birthstone color IF the listing says INCLUDING BIRTHSTONE, and the NAME or MONOGRAM that we are to engrave.
How can I order extra birthstones, engraved charms or other items to be hung from my necklace?
Remember, everything in the MAIN PHOTO is included (in your choice of colors and chain). To hang extra items on the necklace or bracelet, please order from our "Add-ons and Extras" shop section (load all items into your cart and pay all at once).
How do I write a monogram?
Careful...a monogram is DIFFERENT from initials.
Example:
Name: Mary Catherine Brown
Monogram: mBc with last initial "B" for "Brown" in the CENTER.
(The last name is the centerpiece of the jewelry, and the first name and middle name adorn the sides.)
If the listing title says "Monogram" can you engrave a name instead?
Yes, we can engrave a name, monogram, initials or short (3 or 4 word) phrase on any piece. For example, you don't need to search for a listing that says "Name Necklace." We can also engrave 2 initials rather than a monogram.
Where can I see the font samples?
Please scroll through all the 5 product photos in the listing you are purchasing to see the available fonts. For a 3-letter monogram, please use one of the 3 monogram fonts (Vine Monogram, Roman Monogram or Circle Monogram).
For names, dates, etc., anything works EXCEPT Vine Monogram and Circle Monogram. (Roman looks good for regular words and names, as well as monograms.)
How large are the engraved charms?
See "item details" for the size, as well as the size chart which appears at the top line of the font chart, in the product photos.
How many words fit on a charm?
It depends on the size of the charm. Three or four words usually fit. Feel free to convo me before purchasing to inquire about your particular situation.
When will my order ship?
We ship from Tennessee, the day after the order is placed, assuming you have provided all requested information. There are shipping upgrades such as Priority Mail available. To speed the process, please use the ordering instructions in the "Item Details" to be sure that you've included all the necessary information in the Note to Seller (such as birthstone color if applicable to that product, and what word or monogram we are engraving).
