星 5 個のうち 4 個Buen abrigo, todo muy bien por parte del vendedor, muy buena comunicación, paciencia para pedirme las medidas que al principio no las dimos bien, y después para solucionar el tema del envío, cuya culpa la tiene UPS, porque salían a repartir con el paquete pero luego nunca llegaba a su destino. Tuvimos que recogerlo en las oficinas centrales.

星 5 個のうち 5 個My wife loves her coat. We live out in Trumbull county Ohio and she loves wearing her coat in this winter weather everywhere we go. I also love the coat and I love the way my wife looks in the coat. If you're a woman looking for a nice warm luxurious coat then I would highly recommend this coat- you really will love it and you will get compliments everywhere you go. It's very well made and the stitching is great as well. Noor and Enjacket really are making some high quality stylish coats. I can't rave enough about them.

You can see my previous review but just a quick recap- these coats are the most beautiful, well stitched, and tastefully done distressing you'll ever see. I want to wear them everyday all day. They're gorgeous well made coats. I took 2 pics of my coat with the polyester liner but the 1 with the shearling is just as beautiful but with a slightly different "pattern", they're not patterned as they're clearly done by hand, but the distressing on both are unbelievably well done. They are even more beautiful in person.

星 5 個のうち 5 個The quality of the coat from the looks to the stitching is phenomenal. Every time I wear it I literally get no less than 2 compliments from strangers while out and usually even more. It is the most beautiful coat I've ever seen and the fit is perfect as well. I will include 2 pictures unfortunately they're not the best pictures as I'm taking them inside instead of outside but not sure with these cloudy winter days in Trumbull county, Ohio, it'd make much difference. The distressing is very well done too. The blending of the main green color with a light orangeish tint in places is so tastefully done. They don't scrape it up thankfully as some distressed coats come. I can't say enough about these coats or how much I love wearing them. I bought 2, 1 with a polyester liner and 1 with shearling. They're both perfect.

Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! We offer custom sizing at no extra cost. Simply select the closest size while ordering and message us your body measurements after checkout.
What measurements do I need to send?
To ensure the perfect fit, please send the following measurements after placing your order:
Chest
Shoulders
Sleeve Length
Bicep
Waist
Upper Body Length
Height
Hip (only if the jacket is longer than the waist)
📸 For the rest of the body measurements, a full “How to Measure” guide is included in the photo cards of each listing.

Why is my phone number required?
A valid phone number is recommended for shipping — some couriers like FedEx or DHL may contact you during delivery, especially for international orders.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on standard jackets within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom or made-to-measure jackets are non-returnable.
Simply message us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process.
How do I choose the right size?
Our jackets are designed with a regular fit for comfort and timeless style.
For custom sizes beyond the available ones: please leave your measurements in the personalization box or send them via message.
Compare your body measurements with our Size Chart in the listing photos (sizing varies between brands).
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
