Olá Amigos! Meu nome é Kim Castillo e eu sou a Garota da Fazenda! Com o apoio da minha família, eu dirijo todas as operações diárias da Farm Girl Cloth. Desde a ordem configurada até as comunicações, fazendo seu pedido e me preparando para o transporte - eu faço tudo à mão e faço isso com amor.

Eu tenho costurado e criado para sempre, mas comecei a vender quando abri esta loja Etsy em 2009. Vendi bolsas e roupas recicladas, sacos de sanduíche reutilizáveis e sacos de almoço - foi muito divertido. Enquanto meus filhos percoram a infância, fiz fraldas de pano de fibra natural e isso ficou forte por muitos anos. Eu estava orgulhoso de ter feito um esforço para reduzir as fraldas no aterro. Meus filhos sempre foram minha motivação para criar lixo zero. A terra pertencerá a eles, afinal. Voltei ao círculo completo ainda maior e melhor com uma seleção completa de lixo zero (eu gosto de chamá-lo de menos desperdício) de bens de estilo de vida com Farm Girl Cloth Co.

Eu crio fora da minha própria casa, crianças em reboque e animais de fazenda ao redor (não se preocupe - nenhum deles toca minhas criações LOL). Administramos nossa pequena fazenda familiar nos sopés de San Diego, CA. Nossa fazenda inteira é administrada sob o doce sol SoCal (energia solar) e muito amor.

Hello Friends! My name is Kim Castillo and I am the Farm Girl! With the support of my family, I run all of Farm Girl Cloth's day to day operations. From order set up to communications, making your order and preparing for shipping - I do it all by hand and I do it with love.

I have been sewing and creating for ever, but I started selling when I opened this Etsy shop in 2009. I sold upcycled purses and clothing, reusable sandwich bags and lunch bags - it was a lot of fun. As my kids were making their way through babyhood, I made natural fiber cloth diapers and that went strong for many years. I was proud to have made an effort to reduce diapers in the landfill. My kids have always been my motivation for creating zero waste goods. The earth will belong to them, after all. I've come back full circle even bigger and better with a full selection of zero waste (I like to call it less waste) lifestyle goods with Farm Girl Cloth Co.

I create out of my own home, kids in tow and farm animals all around (don't worry - none of them touch my creations LOL). We run our small family farm in the foothills of San Diego, CA. Our entire farm is run on the sweet SoCal sunshine (solar power) and lots of love.
