Custom and personalised orders

The lifespan depends on the backing you choose:

Iron-On: 2–3 years.

Heat Transfer (HTV): 1–2 years.

Stick-on (Adhesive): 6–12 months.

How do I clean my patches?

To keep them looking brand new, hand wash only. Soak in cold water with a mild detergent for 15–20 minutes. Please avoid washing machines to prevent thread damage.

Will I see a proof before production?

Definitely. We always send a digital mockup for your "green light" before we begin the manufacturing process.

What file types do you accept?

High-quality JPGs or PNGs work great! For the absolute best results and precision, we prefer Vector files (AI or PDF).
