****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT****
Pre-Christmas Delivery Deadline is Tuesday, December 12th. We will make sure that any order placed on or before that date will be shipped prior to December 20th.
Please note that this doesn't mean that orders placed after the 12th won't be shipped in time, it just means we don't guarantee items will be at the USPS prior to the 20th. We'll continue to work hard to get as many items out on time as possible until the 20th. We will work at a slower pace from December 20th - Jan 3rd.
If you have specific needs please message us so we can try our best to accommodate them.
REMINDER - The USPS is absolutely slammed right now. They are dealing with an unheard of volume of packages and staffing shortages in some branches. Please be patient with them. If you are curious about the delivery time please check the tracking number we send to you. Once we drop packages off to the USPS they are out of our hands.
If you have a date that your item needs to be delivered by we NEED to know that right away so we can try our best to make it happen. This extra communication helps us ensure customer satisfaction as sometimes shipping can run late.
