Payment is accepted through Paypal only and is expected within 2 days of sale.

If I have not had any news from you 2 days after the purchase, I will be obliged to cancel the order.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping as each photo is usually printed as it is ordered.

Orders are sent from France with registered mail (except for calendars). I'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Please note that for some destinations (Italy for example), tracking number may not allow you to track your parcel after it leaves France.

International customers outside EU are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

All of my photographs are printed by a local professional photo lab on premium acid-free, archival matte paper.

As I feel very concerned about environment, all of my packagings are recyclable and some parts (such as gift tags) are also made from recycled materials.
