Received the Wrong or a Defective Item
Please open your package as soon as you receive it and send us a message with a picture showing the problem so we can work to resolve the issue. Please contact us within one week of receipt.

GingerPrinted is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the following:
*Delivery delays caused by the USPS.
*Missing packages marked as "Delivered" in USPS tracking.
*Refunds cannot be provided because of a delay with the USPS as a result of an incorrect address or other reasons out of our control.
*Items lost or damaged by the USPS. If your item was lost or damaged, please contact your local post office and file a claim.

Returned to Sender Items
