I’m the founder of HR One Stop Doc Shop, and I’m passionate about helping people and businesses navigate the world of work with greater confidence.
I’m a fully qualified HR and Recruitment Professional with experience across both in-house and outsourced recruitment. Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand how challenging recruitment can be — whether you’re a job seeker trying to make your CV stand out, preparing for an important interview, or an employer trying to identify the right person for your team.
My journey to creating HR One Stop Doc Shop began after I was made redundant from my previous role. While it was an unexpected change in direction, I decided to take some time away from my career to raise my family. That time gave me the opportunity to reflect on what I really wanted to do and how I could use my experience in a way that could make a difference to others.
And so, HR One Stop Doc Shop was born.
I created my shop to bring together practical, professional and easy-to-use HR resources designed to make the recruitment process a little less daunting.

For small businesses and employers, I provide HR and recruitment templates designed to support you throughout the hiring process, from attracting and selecting candidates to making informed recruitment decisions.
Having worked on both sides of recruitment, I understand that finding the right job and finding the right candidate are equally important.
My goal is simple: to help employees find opportunities where they can thrive and help employers find the people who are the right fit for their business.
