Exchange
+ If a mistake made on your end (such as wrong device, wrong color, etc), or if you would like to exchange to another color, please re-order the item and return the other one back to our office. Please contact us for returning address.
+ Refund will be processed when the item is delivered back in original condition. Addition, shipping and handling fees is not refundable.
Tracking number and delivery time
+ Orders will be shipped out as Trackable Air Mail by default. All shipment comes with tracking number so that we can provide you with a peace of mind when shopping with us. We do not profit from the low shipping costs.
+ Shipping times vary from country to country but usually arrive within 3-14 business days. All orders are processed and shipped out of Sydney, Australia.
+ Please note that the times listed above are business/working days, which means that the shipping days do not include weekends.
