I purchased the meal planner, but could not utilize it because it starts on a Monday. I sent a private message asking for one that starts on a Sun so it's just easier to start my week. My message was completely ignored. Then I sent a "custom order" message just to see if I would hear back and I received the customer order with in 20 mins with a new charge. I already paid for this. I was just simply asking for a slight change. Then I sent another private message and have not heard back as of yet. All it takes is good customer service to satisfy a customer. No worries. I can make my own and make sure my friends who also use planners know about your lack of a simple response.
