Physical products in my shop are designed by Homemakers Cornerstone and made to order with the assistance of Printify and its professional printing partners. Because each item is produced after it is ordered, I do not keep finished inventory on hand.

Slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to differences in printing equipment, product materials, lighting, and screen settings. These small variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Because physical products are made especially for each order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, changing your mind, accidental purchases, minor color differences, normal print-placement variations, or an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Please carefully review the listing details, sizing chart, color choice, personalization, and shipping address before ordering. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law or Etsy’s policies.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact me through Etsy Messages within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the entire item, the damaged or incorrect area, and the packaging and shipping label when applicable. After reviewing the information, I will work with my production partner to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Please do not mail an item back unless I provide return instructions.

Personalized products, including Cornerstone Companions items made using a customer’s pet photograph, are created specifically for that customer. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
Customers are responsible for uploading a clear photograph, confirming that they have permission to use it, entering all names and wording correctly, and reviewing any proof provided. I am not responsible for errors in information submitted or approved by the customer.
By submitting an image, the customer confirms that they own the image or have permission to use it for the requested product.

Production time and estimated delivery dates are shown in each listing. Production and shipping are separate timeframes.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside my control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reprinting or reshipping it.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me through Etsy Messages so I can review the shipment with my production partner.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered, please verify the address, check around the delivery location, ask members of your household or neighbors, and contact the carrier or local post office.
Homemakers Cornerstone is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but I will provide any available order and tracking information to help with a carrier inquiry. Eligible orders may also qualify for Etsy Purchase Protection.

The Cornerstone Canines coloring book download is a digital product created and sold directly by Homemakers Cornerstone. It is not manufactured by Printify, and no physical book will be mailed. Because digital files are delivered electronically, digital purchases are nonreturnable and nonrefundable after the files have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law. If you have a genuine problem downloading or opening your files, please contact me through Etsy Messages. I will gladly help troubleshoot the problem or provide access to the purchased files when appropriate.
