1. How can I receive my purchased items?
All of our files are instant digital downloads. Once you make a payment, the chosen file will be automatically transferred to your email ready to download. In case you can't find the email, please check your spam folder, and feel free to send us a message in case you are not able to find it.
2. Can I change the text on the cards?
Text can be modified on any personalized items, and you will get the chance, while purchasing, to fill the text box with information you want to put on the design, just read the description before ordering the items because some instant downloads can't be changed or modified.
3. Can I change the size of the cards?
We usually use the standard US sizes for making our cards, but in case you need a different size than in the description, please send us a message and we will gladly help.
Some cards such us Baby Milestone Cards can't be edited, because we need to make adjustments to graphics so they do not look distorted.
4. Where do I get them printed?
Our files are a high-quality resolution which gives you the opportunity to print them anywhere, your home printer or an outside printing company.
Another possibility, besides printing the cards, is to send them through the mail, it's efficient, fast and economical.
5. Why would I choose your products, what makes them different?
For years we have been best friends and business partners that put two different yet coherent perspectives into our work and everything we create is unique, made from scratch and with a heart.
You are the part of our growing process and we are the part of your important milestones through our designs. The idea of us being a part of your life through our art is really the thing that makes us happy and proud and that drives us to love our job even more.
A photo of you, your friends and loved ones with our designs will make us extremely happy since we rarely get to see our products being used.
