3 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, I don’t feel the product is worth the price I paid. For the price I paid, I’m disappointed. The quality and overall appearance just weren’t what I was expecting. Honestly, I could have ordered something similar from Walmart for much less. I also didn’t realize the item was shipping from Turkey. Had I known it was an international shipment, I probably would have reconsidered the purchase. If it weren’t for the hassle and cost associated with an international return, I would definitely send it back.

1 out of 5 starsBUYER BE AWARE, this looks like a scam, the items are not as pictured, the pictures are deceiving, the items are tiny and don’t fit a towel, and you can’t get a refund as you have to ship back the item to Turkey,(you pay shipping cost) even do the item is shipped fast and probably from somewhere closer, don’t waste your money

5 out of 5 starsWe ordered a modern towel rack in Gold from Ironovart and what we received was nice but it had a few marks on it. Ahmed reached out to me first wondering how we liked the rack. After some conversation and telling him about the marks/scuffs and sending pictures, and also that maybe I wished I had ordered it a bit larger, he told me that he would send me a new one, free of charge, in whatever size I wanted because the first one was not up to our expectations. So, true to his word he made another larger one and this one came very well made and without marks. We are very pleased. Considering this towel rack was sent from very far away the shipping was remarkably fast. I am beyond pleased with the customer service from Ironovart and wish them great success in their business. I will update with a picture once it's mounted.
