Jewelry features
COPPER
Copper is patinated, polished, and covered with a special protective coating to avoid its oxidation and darkening.
SILVER
In my products, I use silver 925 and 930 with subsequent blackening and polishing.
GERMAN SILVER
It is a durable and shiny metal of silver/white gold color. It is resistant to oxidation and remains radiant for a long time. It consists of 5-35% nickel, 15-45% zinc, and copper.
Please, note that in reality colors of the jewelry may look slightly different than colors in photos on your computer. It depends on your monitor calibration and its color rendering.
How can I pay not with PayPal?
I accept PayPal, credit and debit cards.
You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order through PayPal. It is enough to have a card.
INSTRUCTION:
• Go to your cart.
• Select PayPal (PP) as the payment method.
• You will be redirected to the PP website. There you need to choose a payment by credit or debit card instead of payment through your PP account.
• You will be asked to fill out the payment and your credit or debit card information.
• You will need to enter your email address. PP can send you a receipt.
• Click Continue to return to Etsy to view and send.
Note: Your payment isn't sent until you click on Submit order on Etsy.
PP can limit how often you can use the guest payment.

Gift wrapping and packaging
• My jewelry will come to you in a gift box and additional protective packaging.
Shipping and tracking
• Jewelry will be shipped via International registered airmail from Ukraine within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
• I always send an order to Etsy shipping address, but it must match your address on the PayPal. Please, check your settings and make sure that these two addresses are the same. Or enter the address you need during the correspondence before I ship your order.
• I will send the tracking number of the parcel and you will be able to track your package.
Please, note that some local postal services do not provide online tracking for international registered airmail, such as Canadian and Australian.
• Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Care instructions
• My jewelry is water-resistant, but I recommend to avoid direct contact with water and take it off before bathing, swimming or going to the pool.
• Do not subject it to moisture and chemicals: detergents, perfumes, creams.
• Do not hit, do not drop, do not scratch your item.
• If in time your jewelry is slightly darkened, do not get scared and do not get upset. This is a natural process of the appearance of a native patina. Simply wipe protruding parts of your jewelry with a natural cloth or clean it with special tools for this type of metal.
If parcel isn't arrived
Please, notify me if the parcel hasn't arrived within the time specified in the store policy or 30 days for countries that aren't listed.
I make a request for a search at the post office in my country. The search process takes 2-9 weeks. After that, if the loss of the package is confirmed, I make a refund of your purchase.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.
If you want to return your purchase, do it no later than 7 days after you received the parcel. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment and pays the return shipping cost. Return shipment must be with tracking number. Jewelry must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components.
Refund will be granted only after receipt of the item and verification of its condition.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations.
Please, be sure that you had read all of the item details and had asked any questions before purchasing.
Custom and personalized orders
I can repeat for you my sold jewelry with another metal, gems or with small changes. First, we discuss all the details of the future product (It should be remembered that, as a rule, it is already impossible to make changes to the finished product). You make an advance payment of 50% and I start to work. When the product will be ready I show you photos. After that, you pay the remaining 50% and the shipping cost. And I'm sending the order.
Please, note, I don't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
