Photography amazes me. It provides fresh perspectives and reveals details that inspire awe in surprising ways. That’s why my camera is pretty much my constant companion, whether on a short hike or cross-country drive.

My best nature photos capture a sense of serenity and wonder, and I love hearing stories about the ways my work touches people. Most recently an interior design firm selected a collection of calming images to install as canvasses throughout a network of urgent care centers. Others love the memories my prints evoke, or just enjoy their tranquility.

Meanwhile, on a very different spectrum, I have a growing fan base of bourbon lovers! After visiting our first distillery, my husband and I were hooked. We’ve since enjoyed tours and tastings at distilleries in Kentucky, Texas, and even a few whisky spots in Scotland. I’m a proud contributor to home bars across the country—be it prints for a cozy corner or hidden speakeasy, or a slick metal print for more modern decor. Best so far? A number of my prints are displayed at a grill and draft house in Lubbock, Texas.

My work has been published in the NW Florida Daily News, the Chicago Tribune, the annual collection at Oak Valley Plantation in Louisiana, and in various social medial channels. I enjoyed my role as volunteer photographer for the Southeast Michigan Land Conservancy (SMLC) and contributing to charitable auctions in Louisville KY and my hometown of South Lyon, Michigan.
