Well written and colour mixing explained in a way a beginner or more experience artist can benefit from, As an experienced botanical artist mtself, colour mixing comes naturally to me - not much else does - but there always a time when a particular colour seems almost impossible to match and it takes a long time to resolve. Julia's book has rectified this. I have ordered another book for my 13 year old granddaughter who loves painting flowers and hope she will learn a lot from this little book.
