How do I download my digital files?

Why can't I return/exchange/refund my digital download?
Etsy's policy does not allow the return, exchange, or cancellation of digital items. KILA Create will NOT give refunds for files that have already been downloaded. However, if you have a problem with your order, please message me through your Etsy account and I will do my best to help.
Will you email my files to me?
No, I WILL NOT EMAIL FILES TO YOU. This is to protect your privacy and mine. All correspondence must go through Etsy messages.
If you are logged into your Etsy account when you make your purchase, you can find your files in your "Purchases" section. If you checkout as a "guest", Etsy will email you a link so you can download your files. PLEASE SAVE YOUR FILES TO YOUR DEVICE. I will NOT email lost files to you.
Do you offer your patterns in other languages?
Unfortunately, no. I am Australian and my shop is based in Australia. My native language is English, so all my patterns, guides, and tutorials are written in English.
Copyright and terms of use
I put a lot of hard work into each of my patterns, guides, and tutorials so I can help others learn the beautiful craft of macrame. After purchase, you may print your tutorial for your own personal use. However, sharing, distributing, or transmitting the document(s)/file(s) or any part of it, including text and images, by any means is prohibited.
YOU MAY SELL FINISHED ITEMS ONLY that you make from your purchased patterns, but you must NOT use my images. All other commercial use is prohibited.
