2 out of 5 starsCustomer service was extremely responsive, I’ll give them that. But shipping took quite awhile and the ring’s gold coating is scratching off after a single day of wear. I expected to get wear marks but not for the coating to completely come off immediately.

1 out of 5 starsThe customer service was quick and responsive. They didn’t give me much info when the product was late on delivery and blamed it on the holiday season. It was supposed to come Dec 4-13 and didn’t come until January 3. The bigger disappointment is that the ring is so much bigger than any photos I saw. I believe this brand took pictures from a separate brand that sells a similar ring. It looks pretty tacky and gawdy which is just not my Thing. I learned my lesson, and should’ve checked the reviews before purchase.

1 out of 5 starsIt’s pretty from afar. But the craftsmanship is sloppy. I got this for my travel ring. So I guess I don’t care too much. But I’ll have to take this to my jeweler to see if they can fix it. Absolutely NOT worth the money. The metal is uneven, the side stones aren’t laying even, there’s dark spots all over the side stones and in the hidden halo. I would return it if I didn’t have a trip next week. Which the shipping issue that I had with them is an entirely different story. Long story short. They lied about it shipping. When it in fact had not been shipped. 8 days later…I get a notification that it shipped. And I paid for express.

The buyer has received the ring, but wants to keep both the ring and the refund. This is a misleading review.
