Frequently asked questions
1. Where are your products made and shipped from?
Although I'm based in Dublin, Ireland, all products are manufactured and shipped from the United States through my production partner, Printify. This means your order goes straight from the production facility to your doorstep — made fresh, just for you.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Great question — and the honest answer is: it depends on the product and the provider! Here's a general guide:
Production time: 2–7 business days (your item is made to order after you purchase)
Standard shipping (US domestic): 2–5 business days after production
Estimated total: roughly 7–12 business days from order to delivery in most cases
Important: Some mugs are fulfilled by Spoke Custom, which ships via DHL. DHL delivery can take a bit longer than standard carriers — please allow up to 2–3 weeks for those orders, especially if you're ordering for a specific occasion.
⚠️ My biggest tip: order early! Custom items take time, and I always recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before you need it — more during busy seasons
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, all orders ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in a product, feel free to send me a message and I'll do my best to help!
Are the product images in your shop exactly what I'll receive?
All images displayed in the Killarney shop are mockups — digital representations created to give you a visual idea of what the finished product will look like.
A mockup is a computer-generated preview: it places the design onto a photo of a product (a mug, a sweatshirt, a cap) so you can imagine the end result. They're not photographs of actual printed items.
This means a few things worth knowing:
Colours may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the final printed product. Screen calibration, printing techniques, and materials can all affect the final appearance.
Different products may use different providers.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or there's a problem with the order?
Your satisfaction matters to me. If your order arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing defect, please contact me via Etsy Messages within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
A clear photo showing the issue
Your order number
I'll work with my production partner to arrange a free reprint or refund as quickly as possible. You will not need to return the damaged item.
Please note that this applies to manufacturing defects and damage during transit — not to sizing or colour choices made at the time of purchase (see below).
7. Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
Because every product is custom-made to order, I'm unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or colour selected at checkout
Personalisation errors made by the buyer
Please double-check your size, colour, and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. If you have any doubts, feel free to message me first — I'm always happy to help!
10. Why does it say you accept returns if products are custom-made?
Great catch! I'm in the process of updating my shop policies to better reflect the print-on-demand nature of my products. In the meantime, please know that returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or defective items (as described in FAQ #6). I cannot accept returns for personalised items where the buyer made an error or changed their mind. When in doubt, message me first — I'll always try to find a fair solution.
11. a How does Personalization work?
Great question — here's exactly how it goes:
Depending on the product, personalisation happens in one of two ways:
Via the Etsy Personalisation Box (for text-based customisations): simply fill in the personalisation field at checkout with the name, message, or text you'd like on your item. Easy!
Via Etsy Messenger (for photo-based customisations): if your product involves including a photo or image, send it to me through Etsy Messages after placing your order.
