nice hat, good materials

tres belle laine, couleur magnifique. Très bien réalisé merci beaucoup maman est ravie

Love this set that Lou made especially for me - the colour is fab & the set is soo soft. Arrived really quickly & packaged neat & small - thankyou Lou

International shipping is sometimes unpredictable, especially in these COVID times. When my socks had not arrived in time for the occasion I needed them for, Lou was so responsive and understanding about the shipping delay and gave many options to make it right. My socks ended up arriving and were well worth the wait. The detail is beautiful, the colors are vibrant, and they are so soft. The packaging was so detailed with little personal touches. The definition of “handmade”. I would recommend this seller and product to anyone!

Gorgeously soft & no itching yeah!! Beautiful rich colour & arrived lovingly packaged - communication with Lou the owner was excellent & she kept me up to ate on delivery. Very pleased with my purchase & will be buying again soon.

This turban is soo soft & beautiful neutral colour & owner kept me up-to-date with delivery as at the time of ordering deliveries had been stopped to the UK from many EU countries. Lou kept checking every day for when she could send & then notified me the moment she was able to post. Note to those with lots of hair - message Lou to see if she will do bigger size.

Super modèle je l’adore, c’est ma 2eme commande, coupe parfaite, très doux et agréable à porter.

Impeccable craftsmanship and quality. The wool is very soft and does not make me itch (I’m usually very sensitive to this fibre and rarely wear wool for that reason.) A+++

Style looks good on me. Am very happy! Love the colour! and well made. Customer service is excellent.

I am in love with my new turban! Thank you so much🖤
