I Labyrinth hittar du handgjorda lampor och diverse användbara föremål för att inreda ditt hem eller kontor, gjorda av koppar i kombination med cement, marmor, rep, trä, drivved, sand och återvunnet material.
Även smycken i koppar, mässing, alpacka och silver, kombinerat med halvädelstenar, naturliga pärlor och kristaller.

Glöm inte att jag är baserad i Grekland och vi skickar därifrån. Det kan ta 5–6 dagar längre än andra köp som du har gjort från säljare baserade i USA. Det kan också kräva mer frakt än vanligt post från USA. Kontrollera fraktkostnaderna per annons.

Betalning
- Jag accepterar endast betalning via PayPal. Du behöver inte ha ett Paypal-konto för att använda systemet för att betala med kreditkort eller e-check. Paypal fungerar som kreditkortsleverantör för alla Etsy-beställningar.
- Betalning ska ske inom 3 dagar. Om du inte betalar för din beställning inom tre dagar förbehåller jag mig rätten att avbryta köpet. Jag accepterar inte delbetalning.
- Se till att följa länken i din Etsy-beställning till Paypal-webbplatsen för att slutföra transaktionen. Din beställning är inte klar förrän då. Du kommer att få ett e-postmeddelande från Paypal som bekräftar att din betalning har gjorts.

Frakt
Glöm inte att jag bor i Grekland och skickar därifrån. Det kan ta 2-3 dagar längre än andra köp du har gjort från säljare i USA. Det kan också kräva mer frakt än vanligt post från USA. Kontrollera fraktkostnaderna per annons.

- Jag erbjuder rekommenderad post med Grekisk post på alla köp. Det är den säkraste och billigaste metoden jag kan använda. I vissa länder krävs legitimation för att hämta paketet. Om det inte når dig inom 3 veckor (fel adress, outlöst etc.) kommer det så småningom tillbaka till mig.
- Jag samfraktar men jag måste beräkna den totala vikten först. Kontakta mig för att få en korrekt offert.
- Jag skickar två gånger i veckan - tisdagar och fredagar. Om du behöver något snabbt, säg bara till efter köpet så skickar jag det så snart som möjligt.
- Jag erbjuder expressfrakt för att få ditt paket snabbare till dig!
- Jag skickar vart som helst, men observera att eventuella tullavgifter, avgifter eller tillämpliga skatter på internationella köp är köparens eget ansvar.
- Jag skickar till adressen som anges i din Etsy-beställning.
- Jag kan skicka din vara som present till dig och kommer att bifoga en presentlapp med beställningen. Vänligen ange detta i rutan "meddelande till säljaren" under Etsy-kassan.
- Efter att jag skickat paketet kommer jag att kontakta dig för att ge dig registreringsnumret så att du kan spåra ditt paket.
Återbetalningar och byten
Om du inte är nöjd med ditt köp, vänligen kontakta mig först för att lösa problemet. Jag accepterar returer förutsatt att begäran görs inom 14 dagar efter att du mottagit varan. Jag kan förse dig med ett returformulär. Återbetalning sker när jag har mottagit bevis på returfrakt, annars sker återbetalningen när jag mottagit varan. Jag återbetalar hela köpeskillingen inklusive fraktkostnader.

Vänligen returnera varan oanvänd och i originalförpackningen. Om du inte har originalförpackningen bör varan förpackas noggrant för att säkerställa säker ankomst.
Returfraktkostnaderna betalas av köparen. Kostnaden för returfrakten återbetalas inte.

Payment
- I accept payment via paypal only. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to use the system to pay with a credit card or echeck. Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all Etsy orders.
- Payment is due within 3 days. If you do not pay for your order within three days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. I don’t accept payment in installments.
- Be sure to follow the link in your Etsy order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction. Your order is not complete until then. You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.

Please let me know if you are experiencing difficulties processing your payment. Communication is greatly appreciated!
Shipping
Please don’t forget that I live in Greece and I will ship from Greece. It might take 2-3 days more than other purchases that you have done from USA based sellers. Also it might require more money for shipping than a usual mail from the USA. Check the shipping rates per listing.

- I offer First Class Registered Mail by the Hellenic Post on all purchases. It is the safest and the cheapest method that I can use. In some countries ID is required to get the parcel. In case it doesn’t reach you within 3 weeks (wrong address, unclaimed etc) it will come back to me eventually.
- I do combine shipping but I have to calculate the total weight first. Contact me to get an accurate quote.
- I ship 2 times a week - Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need something in a rush just let me know after purchase and I'll mail it as soon as possible.
- I do offer Express shipping to get your package to you faster!
- I will ship anywhere, but please note any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- I will ship to the address specified in your Etsy order.
- I can send your item as a gift for you and will include a gift note with the order. Please specify this in the "message to seller" box during the Etsy checkout process.
- After I sent the package I will contact you to give you the registration number so that you can track your parcel.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your purchase please contact me first to resolve the issue. I accept returns provided the request is made within 14 days after receiving the item. I can provide you with a return form. Refund will be made once there is proof of return shipping to me, otherwise it will be made once I receive the item. I will refund the total amount of purchase including shipping costs.

Please return the item unworn and in its original packaging, if you do not have the original packaging item should be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable.

Custom made items cannot be returned & refunded.
Items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding the 14 day return policy.
