Upon arrival it was packaged beautifully and safely, lots of layers both protective and decorative. The actual item is absolutely gorgeous and spot on. I bought it for my partner who’s pet passed a few years ago, who had grown with them from kitten/baby to adult. Opening it they cried and immediately recognised him and said “he’s absolutely perfect! He’s so handsome HES GOT HIS NOSE FRECKLES” attention to details were immaculate and I greatly appreciate the gift this has given both of us. AMAZING WORK
