星 5 個のうち 5 個My item was received broken but customer service was super great! The item was wrapped tremendously, I think it broke somewhere along the shipping process. With a photo of my product I got refunded no questions asked! I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for vintage anything!

I love books and reading. And the shop will now feature more in the way of books. I can't resist! -
I love brooches. So, expect to see the section updated regularly. I might drop another piece of jewelry here and there. -
Photography in all shapes and forms draws me in. I'd like to do more with this section. -
American potteries. From Franciscan and California to Haeger right here in town, I'm always on the look out. -
And, Blue Willow Ware since the Lazy Y opened is my favorite. It also seems to sell out quickly.

Very Good Vintage Condition
I use the term "very good vintage condition" for pieces that are in almost new condition. Yet please remember that these items have mostly been used before; so they will have a few imperfections. Anything that is obvious will be noted in the description and/or pictures.
Good Vintage Condition
When the description uses the term "good vintage" condition; it means that it does have some flaws (and should be noted in the description). Less than perfect, but still in good shape.
Refunds
Each item's listing will include the refund policy for the piece. Please contact me with any questions.
Customer Service/Communication
We will do our best to return all messages within a 24 hours. At times we might be a little late, but have not forgotten you.
Breakage in Shipping
NOTE: Please take pictures of the broken piece and its box and wrapping to send to us. We can make the refund on eligble items and also put in a claim with the post office.
What does vintage mean?
Vintage means an item is at least 20 years old or at the most 99 years old. Once it is 100 years old, you can call it an antique. Please be aware that you are purchasing a used item. We keep trying to improve our descriptions and pictures to point out chips or dents or other issues a piece may have.
Saying that, there may be small vintage wear that go unnoticed. I do go over the piece when I buy it, wash it, take its picture, write its description or weigh it. Yet still, sometimes I miss it. The right light will show scratches on dinner plates for example. One time, you could see a crack in a piece of pottery in the photograph that you could not see when looking at it.

Discounts on Multiple Sales
Discounts will take into consideration the cost of the pieces and how many listings are purchased so I cannot offer a blanket percentage. Please message me if you going to purchase more than one listing in these sections and I'd be glad to apply a discount.
If an item is on sale, the discount coupons will not be taken into consideration (by the Lazy Y or by the Etsy system).
And, it never hurts to ask what is our best price. Sometimes we have to let things go and sometimes we cannot not go lower.
Local Delivery Requests
We do not offer any customer pick up as we are online only. Kane County IL residents can message about a drop off. We do charge a few depending on mileage. Message us before the purchase for quote on delivery.
Porch Pirates
The Lazy Y is not responsible for packages being stolen on doorsteps. If the USPS has marked the item as delivered but it has been stolen, the shop cannot reimburse you for the piece. Contact us and we can reach out to the post office on our side of things.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a purchase is made with an incorrect shipping address (either expired forwarding address and/or other reasons) the Lazy Y charges a re-delivery fee. Once the package has been sent back to the shop by the post office, you will be notified to purchase a new shipping label. There are NO refunds on these items. Once the shipping costs are covered; we will ship the package out and notify you. IF you can catch that you forgot to change the delivery address, you can contact me and I can still make the address change before purchasing the shipping label. I'd be glad to help out, if possible. Thank you for understanding.
