A: We strongly recommend ordering our Sizing Kit first for the most accurate fit! Alternatively, you can measure the widest part of your natural nail bed using a soft measuring tape or a piece of clear tape and a ruler (in millimeters). Please check our Sizing Chart image in each listing for preset sizes (XS, S, M, L).
Q: What if preset sizes (XS, S, M, L) don't fit me?
A: No worries! Select "Custom Size" at checkout and leave your exact 10-nail measurements (in mm) in the "Add your personalization" box or seller note.
Q: What happens if I order the wrong size?
A: Because all our nail sets are 100% handmade to order for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please double-check your measurements or order a Sizing Kit beforehand.
Q: How long do press-on nails last?
A: It depends on your application method and daily activities:
1. Nail Glue (Included): Lasts up to 2–3 weeks with proper nail prep.
2. Adhesive Tabs (Included): Perfect for short-term wear (1–3 days) or special events.
Q: Are the nails reusable?
A: Yes! If applied with adhesive tabs, they are easily reusable. If applied with nail glue, you can gently buff away excess dried glue under the nail bed to reuse them multiple times.
