Custom and personalized orders
I am able to customize certain digital products.
Although returns or refunds are not processed due to the digital nature of the products, I can edit and modify certain designs to your liking. Please carefully review the product images prior to purchase.
For physical products (ie: mugs): I can customize products for a fee, and there will be a longer turnover time of 1-2 business days.
Gift wrapping and packaging
For physical products (ie: mugs): I do not offer gift messages, gift wrapping, or gift packaging.
