The estimated delivery time was way off. When item was finally received, the art had been printed upside down. With the delayed arrival, there was simply no time to to request a reprint. Had it been printed in the right orientation, I would excuse the shipment delays. Instead, I am just going to have to to have to review what was given to me, which was very disappointing. I will say that the football itself was very nice.

The backplate that I ordered was for my friend son and they absolutely love it the color on the plate match the shoes as well great customer service very patience and was working ver close with me from beginning to end to make sure I was satisfied there from start to finish even assisted me with it getting there on time enough for my friend son first game but unfortunately it did not make it on time I dont blame him bc he was great but he will be wearing it at his second gamev!!!

Absolutely easy ordering process and customization options are endless. Very impressed with how this came out and can’t wait to give to my son for his birthday!!
