3 out of 5 starsIt arrived on time, however, I felt like I was not important. The items were just dumped into a mailing bag. No instructions, which for me I didn’t need but for the beginner I would have been so frustrated. Not in a separate bag, no pictures, no suggestions or a thank you. It was if they were in a hurry to get this out of the shop. Dump in a bag..poof job done. Hence why only three stars. I actually don’t even feel excited to use. I’ll get over it. Also the pages says it was USA delivery, however, it was from China!

4 out of 5 starsfine machine, but be aware, u might experience: item might b shipped from china, so, FORGET a us-carrier looking trkg #, FORGET trkg ur item via etsy (i spent how long figuring out how 2 track via google searches) Both Etsy & gmail DO NOT give accurate ETA. the response to your message might not be helpful. ——— that said… i like the sound it makes. I’m ONLY using this machine to make center-pull balls of yarn YOU SHOULD/MUST babysit while it winds… yarn can jam I find the slow speed is best start to finish. speed it up when you can be next to the machine. when down to the last few feet of yarn YOU SHOULD/MUST hold the end as it unravels to keep yarn from jamming about 1 week after receiving, its wound about a shopping bag worth of yarn for

3 out of 5 starsIt's fine, but honestly, a pretty bummed out to see it's just drop-shipped stuff from Temu. I use Etsy to support local makers. They didn't even bother pretending it was manufactured locally by mocking up some crafty packaging or something. Keep Etsy for the makers.

1 out of 5 starsPitiful is how I would describe the entire sales. It took a good long time to arrive. NO directions for putting it together and when I wrote to her she has chosen NOT to respond. I'm out the money and she is NOT concerned. I would say to anyone thinking about this item to SAVE yourself and NOT make the purchase.
