星 5 個のうち 5 個I thought at first that the seller forgot to process my order because I waited & waited. It turns out there was a glitz on Etsy which was not the seller's fault at all. The seller apologized sincerely then she gave me a full refund then she sent me 2 cans for free w/ free shipping along w/ other goodies which was so sweet & thoughtful. My husband & I have been using the salve & we love it so, I will definitely re-order this. You touched my heart & I'm blown away by the customer service. I love shopping at Etsy because of wonderful sellers like you. Thank you. I hope that you re-open soon.

星 5 個のうち 5 個I’m very pleased with this salve. It worked immediately on my sore neck and shoulders. It has a light cooling sensation and a subtle scent. I’m on the fence about the scent but it’s not unpleasant. Would highly recommend as it does work! I don’t have any pain hours after using it. Everything was packaged well and I was surprised to find a nice sized sample lip balm which feels amazing. The hibiscus scent is the only part I didn’t love. Still a great product. I will definitely keep the salve on my favorites and keep an eye out for new products from this shop. 💕

星 5 個のうち 5 個Had some extremely deep bruising and pain in my wrist from when my arm was tied down at a 90 degree angle during surgery. I suffered with the pain for three weeks and then put the salve on it, which is why I bought it. It did not let me down. Within two days the pain was nearly gone and within four days the pain was gone. How’s that for a testimonial lol.
