Digital files are available as Instant Download provided by Etsy. No physical product is sent.

Cannot download the file(s)
Currently Etsy doesn't allow downloads on Etsy app. Please log in and download the file(s) using a browser instead.
If you cannot see the download button or it doesn't respond to your click on the browser, please disable your adblocker or VPN, or other non-standard add-ons and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.
If everything else fails, please contact me.
Google templates
In case the digital file you purchased is a Google Docs or Google Slides template, you will need Google account (free) and Google Drive (free) to edit it.
Download the instructions file through Instant Download and copy the template to your Google Drive as instructed.
The templates are designed for Google Docs or Google Slides. They may not work as intended with other document creation and editing apps, presentation apps or services. I also cannot provide the templates in another file format.
Please note that Google Docs and Google Slides are more limited than other similar, commercial apps. Some features you may be used to in other apps may not be available in Google Docs or Google Slides.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom or customised design work starts after the payment has been confirmed. The amount of revisions and other changes are listed on the item description and agreed upon before the design work starts.
