Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Your order was shipped on time within Etsy's processing timeframe. Before and after shipping, I contacted you through Etsy Messages to request a phone number and email address to help ensure successful delivery, but unfortunately I did not receive a response. The shipping carrier attempted delivery to the provided address three times but was unable to reach the recipient, so the package could not be delivered. Your package is still being held at the carrier's facility. Please note that all payments are processed by Etsy and then transferred to sellers after an order is placed. Therefore, it is not possible for me to receive payment without shipping the order. I would be happy to help resolve this situation—please feel free to contact me.
