Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear this! You never let me know you didn't receive this item before leaving negative feedback, I will always rectify any problems my customers face, and have never had a parcel lost until now. 星 5 個のうち 5 個A unique gift, which delighted my friend. The original drawing is a big bonus and framed is a great gift in itself. Amie kept me informed during the production, sending a photograph of the finished item before dispatch, which was sent earlier that I had expected.

I am a creative Film school graduate exploring my hobbies and skills to create beautiful jewellery and accessories. My shop is named in honour of my lovely black cat, Morticia, after she passed away in order to keep her name and legend alive :)

Everything that you see is carefully handmade by me with the upmost care and attention to detail.
Many of my special creations are also one of a kind, designer pieces, uniquely different, and I can promise you no one else in the world has the same!
I am also very happy to accept your requests and custom orders (different colours, photos, pattern etc), so that I can provide you with something more personal to you.
I also pride myself in making my own special gift boxes, labels and packaging to accompany each individual item, which means they are all ready for gift giving when they arrive at your door.
Also if you tell me in good time that the item is a gift, I am more than happy to handwrite a special message to include in the package :)

HOW DO I USE PAYPAL FOR CHECKOUT?
Once you have placed the item or items you wish to purchase in your cart, simply click on your preferred method of payment and click the “Checkout” button to be automatically directed to submit your payment:
If you have chosen to pay with a credit card directly through ETSY, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.
If you have chosen to pay through PAYPAL, you will be given the option to either pay with a credit card without a PayPal account, or sign into PayPal to pay with your PayPal account.
When you have reviewed your information, your order is submitted only when you click “Submit Order” on the Etsy screen.

All items in my shop will arrive in a beautiful handmade box, or bag depending on the size and shape, ready for gift giving.
If item is for a gift- please tell me in 'note to seller' and I will personally write a special gift label to include in the package- just tell me what to put :)
SHIPPING
All my items are posted to you with 1st Class delivery by Royal Mail.
All items listed are ready to be sent straight away. Custom orders please allow an extra 5 days on top of delivery, in order to give me enough time to complete the item at the highest standards.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE (excluding custom and made to order)?
UK Delivery- Will aim to arrive in 3 days
EU and Non- EU- Will aim to arrive within 10 days
USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA- Will aim to arrive in 10 days but can take up to 20 days to arrive in rare cases outside of my control.
*International Buyers will be responsible for any possible additional taxes with customs relevant to their country.

Items in this shop contain small parts and are not for children.
Never allow children to play with or pull on your jewellery.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY:
To clean jewelry wipe gently with a damp cloth only. Jewelry is not waterproof or intended to be exposed to water. Never allow jewellery to be soaked or immersed in any kind of liquid. Remove rings or bracelets before washing hands. Jewelry should not be worn when swimming, bathing or exercising, or exposed to extreme humidity. Hairsprays & perfumes should be applied before putting jewelry on. Store jewelry in a dry safe place when not in use.
