A: No, all items sold in this shop are digital STL files for 3D printing. No physical items will be shipped.
Q: Which software do I need to open the files?
A: STL files can be opened using any slicing software such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Lychee.
Q: Can I sell physical prints of your models?
A: You may sell physical prints only if you purchase for Commercial License. Reselling or distributing digital STL files is strictly prohibited.
Custom and personalized orders
A: you can just buy the item twice, and i will listed your email for commercial license
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not possible once the file is downloaded.
