Amber did a wonderful job with my switch! Fast turnaround and it came back to me in great shape, and looks awesome with the new shell! I will definitely be going to Amber again if I want more mods in the future :)

I contacted Amber before I purchased to make sure that I could get the controller before a specific date. She was very fast to respond, and gave me an accurate timeline for when I could expect the controller. She stayed true to her word and got it to me well before the date I requested. I can say, without a shred of hesitation this is the single best experience I have ever had purchasing a service of any kind whatsoever. When I say Amber went above and beyond what was required, expected or even deserved for the price point in which she provided this absolutely stunning customization... I get tangled up on my own words simply due to the fact I am so pleasantly impressed. I will give a brief rundown of my experience. I had ordered a used Switch Lite on Mercari that ended up being absolute annihilated and beat to hell and back. While the switch was in transit, I reached out letting her know "Hey I am extremely interested in your services" at that point- Amber spent quite an extended amount of time walking me through various options for casing, buttons etc and even went as far as making a custom listing...

If I could give this seller more than five stars, I would!! Absolutely the sweetest seller to work with. I’m not confident when it comes to technology but they helped me get my parts and we’re communicative throughout the entire process. If I had another Switch, I’d do it again!
