The “micro velvet” looks and feels cheap, and the white fur has red staining that appears to have transferred from it. The jacket arrived with holes and seams coming apart before being worn. The petticoat is uneven, damaged, and cannot stretch due to its stitching. The hat is sewn too tightly to wear. Only the belt is usable. Before ordering, I questioned whether the photos were AI-generated. The seller said they showed the real product and promised the same quality and appearance. I flagged differences in their pre-shipment photos, but they shipped it anyway. They issued a 50% refund and offered a replacement, which I declined after their assurances proved unreliable. They later agreed to refund the balance upon receiving the international return.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take every customer’s experience seriously. Before dispatch, we discussed the materials and customization details with you and shared genuine photographs of the actual completed outfit, not AI-generated images. The photographs showed the garment properly stitched and finished. Regarding the torn fabric and broken overlock stitching, these issues were not visible in the pre-dispatch photographs. The damage appears to have occurred after the garment left our workshop. We are concerned that the fabric may have been pulled or stretched, resulting in the tearing shown in the photographs. We have already issued a 50% partial refund as a goodwill gesture and offered a replacement in an effort to resolve the disagreement professionally.
