My main aim is to make the shopping in Noah's Pebbles stress free, safe, and FUN! All my items arrive carefully packaged in gift box or/and organza bag. I also use bubblewrap for the necklaces, and multiple items to make sure that they arrive in one piece.

I accept only paypal; it is easy, fast and reliable and refunds can be arranged quickly (if applicable).

I use Royal Mail First class, and Recorded for the domestic and International Recorded for the overseas packages. I will ship your item(s) within 3 business days of purchase.
Let me know if you have a deadline or would like to receive your items by using Fedex, UPS or another method; please note that I will have to charge extra for this service.
If you are an international buyer please be aware you will be responsible for any customs fees incurred. Collection in person is not available.

If there is damage in shipping please let me know right away so that I can forward the proper paperwork to you for filing the claim. There are certain protocol that must be followed with the Royal Mail in order to get a claim approved and I'll be glad to discuss it with you.
