Ground shipping. Shipping costs may vary by order weight and size.
If you receive a damaged piece, please inform us ASAP! We will file a claim and work out a repair or replacement for you. Shipping damage must be claimed within 5 days of receipt, or we are not responsible.

Custom orders are welcomed and encouraged! We can do a few different things with custom orders.
We can use your personal items, antiques, and memorabilia to create a piece entirely you!
See something you like in the shop, but want something a little different or different size? Let us know and we will work to create something to your specifications. We will work hard to create your vision, but please be advised that some of the materials you see in the shop are very unique and it may be difficult to find again. However, we will do our best to find similar items, replacements or entirely new items that you will enjoy.
Convo or email us with your idea and we will give you a price quote. Once that is approved by you and we receive a minimal deposit, we will proceed with a sketch.

We do require a 50% down payment of the quoted sum for custom orders. If you would like a custom order, please convo us, and we will agree on the specifications of the product and you will be given a quote. You must pay 50% of the agreed upon price, at which time I will begin construction of your item. The remaining balance is due in full before I will ship the item.
