Then when the poster had not arrived at the expected time he was very responsive and offered to send out another poster with express delivery, again at no cost to me. Now that the posters have arrived it was worth the wait and I am so happy with them. Best customer service I have received on this site.

Sizing details
My posters are usually printed in a standard size of A3 (297mm x 420mm)
Customers who wish to print custom sizes - I would be happy to do so and will price the job appropriately for the specific work.
Why do some items take longer to dispatch than others?
My posters are all packages in-house as I have the stock locally.
The other items are currently made-to-order with an external production partner who take up to 72 hours to print the items and usually ship the items first class.
This is why some items have a longer dispatch period, this allows time for my partners to produce the items.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I try my best to package all my orders with precision and care.
What to expect from my orders packaged in-house:
- A compliment slip with my personal details.
- My business card
- Star Wars Stickers (Only for Star Wars specific orders)
- Posters are well protected between greyboard reducing the risk of damage in the post.
- The order is packaged into a A3 protected 'Do not Bend' envelope and sent via Royal Mail.
- Gift orders have a personalised gift message attached with your note written at checkout.
If there are any issues with your order when received, do not hesitate to contact me and we can discuss compensation options.
International Delivery Prices
Currently I package orders in the UK and charge the amount it costs me to send the orders overseas.
I work hard to keep my prices as low and accessible as possible; I am working hard to find an international partner who can produce items and ship for cheaper to reduce shipping prices.
