Returns
-Returns only accepted for orders damaged during shipping or other unforeseen circumstances.
-Please measure your space carefully before ordering.
-If an order arrived damaged, please include photo proof of damage, including packaging if possible.
-Shipping costs will be deducted from the cost of the refund. Please note that since the shipping is listed as free and is built in the price of the item, doesn't mean that there are no shipping costs.
Shipping Details
SHIPPING :
Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of your order to process as each item is made by hand at the time the order is placed. Once the order is processed you will receive an email when the item is shipped. Shipping time varies as per each destination.
Often orders go out sooner, but those are our general guidelines.
You'll receive an email confirmation along with tracking information when your package has been shipped.
International tracking may not available for certain countries. We are not responsible for international import duties, fees or taxes that you might incur. For most countries we have a partnership with local production to reduce the shipping costs.
